Today Tiefenbacher Laboratories celebrates International Day of Action for Women's Health.
The theme of this global day, “Our Health. Our Rights. Our Lives.”, resonates strongly with our mission to support the people who power our organization — especially the women who contribute every day with strength and dedication.
At Tiefenbacher Laboratories Hyderabad, we believe that a healthy workplace starts with healthy individuals. That’s why we recently organized a free cancer screening and awareness program in collaboration with Omega Healthcare Management Services Hospitals, at our facility. The initiative was designed to make preventive care easily accessible and to educate our team on early detection and women-specific health topics.

Many of our team members shared how meaningful this initiative was. For some, it’s difficult to find time for regular screenings amidst the demands of daily life. By organizing this program within our facility, we helped remove those barriers and made health care more accessible. Employees especially appreciated the kind and informative approach of the attending gynecologist, who created a safe and open environment for discussion. Medical concerns and fears were addressed with clarity and compassion.
