Meet Michael Stavrou, MCIPS, the first Supply Chain Operations Manager within our Supply Chain In-House Team who is based at Tiefenbacher’s manufacturing site in Cyprus. Michael is currently spending time in Hamburg to strengthen the connection between our European production site and our central Supply Chain teams.
As our in-house manufacturing capabilities in Cyprus continue to grow, close collaboration between both locations are becoming increasingly important. Michael’s role bridges day-to-day site operations with central planning and decision-making, supporting stronger alignment, faster information flow, and more effective coordination across our global supply chain network. By bringing valuable site-based insights he helps ensure that strategy and execution remain closely connected. 🤝
