Shaping the future of healthcare starts with inspiring the next generation. 🧑🎓 👩🎓
On Monday, our colleagues Simon, Pia and Marie joined the Industrial Pharmacy Seminar at the Kiel University, engaging with students of Pharmaceutical Technology and Chemistry to provide insights into career paths, responsibilities, and opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.
Through real business cases and open discussions, the students explored what it means to work in an industry driven by innovation, collaboration, and a shared ambition to improve patients’ lives. The session also highlighted how different disciplines come together to advance therapies and make healthcare more accessible to people around the world. 💊
The seminar concluded with a lively exchange on the role of AI in industry, education, and research – and how emerging technologies can help shape the future of healthcare.
For us, fostering dialogue between academia and industry is an important way to support future talent, encourage new perspectives, and inspire the healthcare pioneers of tomorrow.
