“Pioneering healthcare” sounds like a bold claim – why is it credible for Tiefenbacher Group? “60 years ago, Tiefenbacher started as a sole pharmaceutical raw material trader for the German market. Today, we are a global healthcare corporation with talents from over 30 different nationalities developing and manufacturing new medicines for leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Our history and growth are testaments to our pioneering spirit.”
What does it mean for daily business? “Pioneering is integral to our daily business and decision-making. We avoid walking down beaten paths and love to explore new product ideas that no one in our industry has tried before. This mindset is embedded in everything we do.”
Where will it lead us in the future? “Being pioneers is key to achieving Tiefenbacher’s Group vision for 2030. We will explore new territories, like digital healthcare with our new Oysta brand. Like any pioneer, we will face hurdles and may stumble at times. But our constant curiosity drives us to conquer new fields of expertise, and we are always on the move.”
