It is a tradition at Tiefenbacher Group that our new employees can take part in an open table talk and luncheon with the leadership team, this time in Hyderabad.

This involves an open discussion about their first impressions of their new workplace and what they think about the management style, as well as an information session to find out more about Tiefenbacher’s strategy.

Furthermore, it’s an opportunity to talk about their impressions of the company and to get answers to any questions they may have. After the table talk, all participants are invited to luncheon, where they can discuss other topics in greater depth and get to know each other better.

We are delighted that our tradition has also found favour at our location in India. Last week, the leadership team of AET Tiefenbacher Laboratories and all employees who joined the company between January and June had their first luncheon and table talk in Hyderabad. Thanks to all participants for the successful event and the positive feedback.

We are already looking forward to the next occasion in Hamburg.
